Find Cruises sail from California & Pacific Coast in 2017!

Los Angeles and San Francisco, California's two competing cultural capitals, are both frequent stops on Pacific coast cruise ships. Four cruise lines depart from Los Angeles and head up the Pacific Coast. While some ships stop in San Francisco and head back south, others travel to Vancouver, British Columbia. Bring your passport for cruises stopping in Canada or Mexico, even if you are not spending the night in these ports.

Celebrity Cruises
Celebrity Cruises (celebritycruises.com) offers seven-day and eight-day Pacific Coastal Cruises on board the liner's small Century ship. The Century departs from Los Angeles and heads up the California coast, stopping in Santa Barbara and docking in San Francisco for a day and one-half. On the return journey, the ship visits in Monterrey, Catalina Island and Ensenada, Mexico, before returning to Los Angeles. The eight-day cruise sails to San Francisco for two days at shore, and then continues up the coast and arrives in Vancouver, British Columbia. Disney Cruises
Disney Cruises' (disneycruise.disney.go.com) Disney Wonder, a family-friendly ship with Disney-style characters, entertainment, and kids' activities, also has entertainment for mom and dad. Disney's Pacific Coast Cruise sails nonstop to San Francisco from Los Angeles. On the return, you'll spend a day in San Diego and another in Ensenada before returning to Los Angeles. Norwegian Cruise Line
Norwegian Cruise Line's (ncl.com) Pacific Coast route uses three ships that rotate the voyage: the Norwegian Sun, Norwegian Pearl and Norwegian Jewel. Each seven-day cruise departs from Los Angeles and docks in San Francisco for two days before continuing with daytime stops in Astoria, Oregon, and Victoria, Vancouver and Nanaimo, British Columbia. The ship's final destination is Vancouver, where it docks after a day in Nanaimo.
